i wanted to finally organize my images and everything else and finally clean up my computer that I haven't even tried to keep organized since 2016 But now I find out there's no such thing as an auto image tagger except for hydrus but that ruins all your filenames, messes up your folder structures, and keeps you locked into once you get in. So maybe I won't bother. I really would like to rely on something better than the memory of where's it's saved to find what I need though. Maybe I'll be losing out on alzheimer's resistance if I stopped anyway

ok, turns out that i didn't lose the database just once, i've lost it multiple times found ~500 posts from 2014-09-11 to 2015-07-02 and the first post is: So, I've pretty much rewritten everything. I've integrated the site with socket.io, meaning that it's pretty reliant on javascript now. The upside is that you no longer should need to refresh to see new posts, the downside is that you won't be able to post if you have javascript disabled. This will probably be fixed, but it's not particularily high on my list of priorities. I had to rewrite lots of things to get this to work, so some features aren't in yet. They will probably be added later. Some of the major things I've added or changed: * new threads and replies can be viewed live, without refreshing the page * switched to a lighter color scheme, based on Base-16 Chalk * the main index page is now more of a catalog view * there are no more separate boards, everything's rolled into one * subjects are now mandatory, but removed email field, since it's useless Maybe I forgot some things.
